Hy stalker apa kabar? :p Dah lama ga ngepost nih,jadi kangen ga? pasti kangen dong :p haha. Nah,kali ini aku mau ngebahas tentang MIE RAMEN siapa yg sukaa mie ramen?? hand up saggy *eh haha :D. Oke ga sabar ya? pasti ga dong haha :D


Ramen (拉麺;ラーメン) adalah masakan mi kuah Jepang yang berasal dari Cina. Orang Jepang juga menyebut ramen sebagai chuka soba soba dari Cina atau shina soba karena soba atau o-soba dalam bahasa Jepang sering juga berarti mi.Rebusan mi hasil buatan tangan atau buatan mesin diceburkan ke dalam sebuah mangkuk berisi kuah yang dibuat dari berbagai jenis kaldu. Pada umumnya chasiu, menma, dan irisan daun bawang ditambahkan di atas mi sebagai lauk atau penyedap.

Mi yang biasanya berwarna kuning dibuat dari terigu dengan kadar gluten tinggi ditambah air dan bahan kimia tambahan seperti potasium karbonat, natrium karbonat dan kadang-kadang asam fosfat. Bahan-bahan kimia yang bersifat alkali mengubah sifat alami gluten dalam tepung terigu dan membuat mi menjadi kenyal sekaligus mengaktifkan senyawa flavonoid yang terkandung dalam tepung terigu sehingga mi berwarna kuning. Perbandingan air dan tepung terigu adalah kira-kira 1 : 35%, semakin banyak air maka semakin lunak pula mi yang dihasilkan.

Pada zaman dulu pembuatan mi di Cina menggunakan air asin dari danau Kan di pedalaman Mongolia yang mengandung garam mineral alami. Di Jepang, bahan kimia tambahan untuk membuat mi sampai sekarang ini masih disebut kansui (鹹水, secara harafiah: air dari Danau Kan). Seusai Perang Dunia II, bahan kimia tambahan untuk mi yang berbahaya untuk kesehatan banyak beredar di pasaran, tapi sekarang bahan kimia tambahan sudah diatur dalam standar JAS. Bahan kimia tambahan untuk mi juga mempunyai bau tidak enak yang sering tidak disukai orang, sehingga di Jepang juga dibuat mi yang menggunakan telur sebagai pengganti bahan kimia.

Di atas ramen umumnya ditambahkan penyedap berupa beraneka ragam lauk seperti: chasiu, menma, telur rebus, sayuran hijau (seperti bayam), irisan daun bawang, nori, atau narutomaki sebagai hiasan. Telur rebus untuk ramen biasanya berwarna coklat karena direbus di dalam kuah bekas rebusan chasiu. Sayuran sekaligus penyedap yang paling umum untuk ramen adalah irisan daun bawang. Sebelum ditambahkan ke dalam ramen, sebagian penjual ramen lebih dulu menggoreng irisan daun bawang di dalam minyak goreng.

Makanan ini sudah cukup terkenal di Indonesia bahkan sudah dibuka rumah makan yg menyajikan mie ramen. Jadi tunggu apa lagi ayoo pada nyoba, pasti ketagihan :9.
